The Midnight Library was one of my reading highlights last year. It was an absolutely wonderful read and I have wanted to read more books by Matt Haig ever since. Problem is, most of them have a very long waiting time at the library so, after a month and a half in the queue, I finally got around to reading another one.

I quite like these standalone stories set in the world of the First Law. They expand the world and let you have a nice insight into some of the more minor characters from the main trilogy.
Another May has come and gone and thank god this month’s reading was better than last month’s. I’ve also read a lot more than the last few months. I don’t know whether that’s because things are finally starting to settle down at work or just because I read some shorter books but it does feel good to fly through (most) books this month.
THE HOBBLEIT
